Our bracelets are crafted using high-quality clay beads and durable elastic. Every item is handmade with care and creativity.
How do I customize my bracelet?
To customize your bracelet, simply reach out to us via email or by filling out the custom order form. You’ll be able to share your preferred bead colors, custom name or phrase, and charm style – and we’ll take it from there!
What is the shipping process?
Shipping costs depend on your location and will be confirmed after your order is submitted through the form or by email. We aim to process and ship all custom orders within 3-5 business days.
Can I return my bracelet?
As each bracelet is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right – just contact us.
